Whether the problem is related to cracking asphalt, failing surface, low spots, bent net posts, fencing problems, lighting issues, or poor drainage – All Weather Courts has the experience and knowledge to solve the problem.

Our team will meet with you on site, explain all available options, clearly explain the pros and cons of each and follow up with a letter giving clear product descriptions and budget numbers. We care deeply about your project and the long term success of the repair or renovation. Below are some of the most commonly used tennis court renovation methods.

Standard Resurfacing of a Hard Court

Asphalt, concrete, and post-tension concrete courts can all be resurfaced. Standard resurfacing involves cleaning the court, filling the cracks, leveling low areas, and installing surface coatings. We recommend resurfacing your court every 5 years to help maintain the integrity of the surface. Please see the various color options in our project gallery area of our website

Asphalt Overlay

An asphalt overlay is the installation of an asphalt surface course over an existing pad. This option is only considered when the existing cracks are minor and there is not structural instability. Surface coatings are installed on the new asphalt in the same way as on existing asphalt.

Reconstruction

Reconstructing an asphalt court involves removing the existing asphalt, grading and compacting the existing base material, and installing new asphalt. Surface coatings are installed on the new asphalt in the same way as on existing asphalt.
